Vintage Y2K Serious La Red Plaid Bondage Maxi Skirts with Zipper Pleats SZ M
Bondage Straps can be worn on the front or back.
The waistband has been altered and hem is raw to be more lowrise and ribbon has been added at waist.
I have also added homemade belt loops that can easily be removed with the saftey pins they are attached with.
Size tag is missing please go by measurements in pictures.
There is light pealing from age and a small tear in the back bottom of skirt shown in last picture
