106.8 proof. Batch #3. Old Carter Bourbon Whiskey — the third and most approachable-proof founding batch of the Old Carter bourbon program, completing the founding trio with Batch #1 (108.9) and Batch #2 (106.9) also in the Wooden Cork collection.
At 106.8 proof, Batch #3 is the lowest-proof of the three founding Old Carter batches — 0.1 proof below Batch #2 and 2.1 below Batch #1. The tight proof clustering of these three founding batches (106.8–108.9) reflects consistent sourcing and selection across the program's earliest releases, with the slight proof decline across batches suggesting natural variation in the sourced stock rather than intentional proof adjustments.
