Description
Gray Whale Gin is a California craft gin inspired by the annual migration of the Pacific gray whale from Baja California to the waters of Alaska. Gray Whale Gin showcases botanicals gathered along this remarkable coastal journey, including California juniper, Big Sur botanicals, Baja limes, mint, fir needles and kombu sea kelp. The result is a crisp, citrus driven gin with subtle coastal minerality and a clean, refreshing finish.
Producer
Gray Whale Gin is produced in California by Golden State Distillery, where every bottle reflects the landscapes of the Pacific Coast. The brand sources botanicals from regions that mirror the gray whale's migration route, creating a true sense of place in every pour. Beyond crafting premium gin, Gray Whale is committed to ocean conservation, donating a portion of every bottle sold to organizations dedicated to protecting marine life and restoring coastal ecosystems.
Cocktail Suggestions
Gray Whale Gin is excellent in a Gin and Tonic with a lime wheel or fresh rosemary to complement its coastal botanicals. It also shines in a Tom Collins, where its bright citrus and clean finish create a refreshing, balanced cocktail.
