To use fabric stabilizer, align the clean fabric with the fusible side of the interfacing facing down. Apply gentle pressure with a preheated iron for 20-30 seconds to melt the adhesive and bond the layers together. Allow it to cool for a while to ensure the adhesive layers are secure. Then inspect and trim any excess material.
